The Human Anatomy Coloring Book by Margaret Mott is an amazing asset to any course on human anatomy, whether its health or human physiology.

There is nothing that makes memorization of body parts easier than to color them.

These pictures of the human body (bones, muscles, neurons, teeth, lungs, heart, blood vessels, eyes, ears, skin, and much more!) are drawn with excellence and great detail. I was very pleased with the quality of the drawings. Detailed instructions are given to color the pictures that aid the memorization process. My kids used colored pencils to color their anatomy coloring books. 

Some parents or teachers may be uncomfortable with the reproduction system pictures, but these pages can simply be torn out if you don't want your teen to color them. I have used this coloring book with each of my children when they took human anatomy in high school. It has been a great addition to our studies and I highly recommend this coloring books. Your teens are not too old to color.

What I like about the coloring book is that you can color while you watch a movie or relax with the family. It does not require full concentration, thought it still works to embed these systems in the memory. 

The first step to understanding physiology is to understand and memorize the anatomy. This coloring book will help! So, tell your teen that it's time to color again, but this time with colored pencils.
