Inspired by God
The Bible is inspired by God. or God-Breathed. In other words, God wrote the Bible through men.
All Scripture is God-Breathed and profitful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness (II Timothy 3:16 NASB).
The Bible contains many prophecies that have been miraculously fulfilled and some yet to be fulfilled.
For the Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12-13 NASB).

The Bible is even considered a spiritual offensive weapon called the Sword of the Spirit. (see Ephesians 6)

The Bible reveals who God is, who man is, how mankind can be saved, and is historically and geographically true. God revealed in the Bible is sovereign, holy, and a God of love, mercy, and goodness.
The Bible provides a realistic portrayal of man, in which is neither more than he is or less than he is. The Bible alone offers salvation as a free gift.
