Jolly Happy Christmas III

It’s Christmas time in our home school! Today, we’ll finish up our journey through the Curtis home to experience Christmas with us.

I love my family, especially at Christmas. I began homeschooling in 1991 because I wanted to spend more time with my delightful children. Now, almost twenty years later, I am experiencing such good fruit from my homeschooling. My home is filled with children who love one another and love spending time together. And, they love hanging out with Mom and Dad. My children dress modestly for Christmas parties, like wholesome movies, and know the words to all the verses to every Christmas carol. We love to do our traditional Christmas devotions and sing Christmas carols.

We fight and fuss, repent and forgive one another. We make real mistakes, fall down, and get right back up. Because you see, God so loved my family, that He gave Jesus to us.

Jesus lives in our home at Christmas and throughout the year. He turns gloom into hope, sorrow into joy, and failure into character. He is our all in all and He has taught us to love one another with all of our hearts. At Christmas, we throw Him this marvelous, amazing party to say, “Happy Birthday, Jesus.  You have changed everything!”

Merry Christmas to all you dear friends. May your home be jolly and happy this season!
